4 Things I Did To Create A Baby Gift Box

Thinking of a baby gift was one of my struggles last week because I do not have a child. I did not have any idea about what babies would need aside from diapers and baby wipes. Good thing my friend sent a list of what brands and things they accept as a present, so it gave me an idea of what I should buy for her son. However, I did not want my present to look simple inside a paper bag. I wanted to give the baby some personalised gifts, so I thought of starting it with the packaging. Let me share how I did it.

4 THINGS I DID TO CREATE A BABY GIFT BOX

Since I do not have a child, the idea of baby gifts pressures me. I had no idea what they needed and what was safe for them. Babies are sensitive about the things they encounter, especially their skin. I did not want my gift to cause a problem, so I guaranteed that everything in the baby gift box was safe for them. But before I achieved this, here are the things I did to create the present I gave:

1. I COMPLETED THE GIFTS BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN THE BOX

I completed the gifts before putting them inside the box to ensure I did not forget anything. Some of the products I purchased were pricey, and I will not let them go to waste. Besides, I do not have a child, so no one will use the items I bought. I created a list and wrote the ones I bought for the baby to see if they were correct.

2. I CHECKED THE SIZE OF THE BOX

Before putting my gifts inside the baby box I bought in Singapore, I checked its size first to see if everything fit. I removed some, placed them in a simple paper bag, and gave them separately. But when I concluded their position, I fit them in the container, making them look full and heavy.

3. I BOUGHT PRODUCTS GOOD FOR BABY BOYS AND GIRLS

When I looked for a baby gift box, they all applied to both baby boys and girls, so I did not have a challenging time buying. The event was also a gender reveal, so I had no idea about the baby who would use the gift. To ensure nothing would get wasted, I went for presents that boys and girls could use.

4. I VISITED DIFFERENT WEBSITES FOR DESIGN INSPIRATION

I did not know how to prepare a gift for babies, so I looked for design inspirations on the internet. The ones I saw did not disappoint me and gave me more ideas to improve my gift.

I did not expect that creating customized baby gifts in Singapore would be so much fun. It made my day, especially when I was thinking about the position of the presents and how they would look complete. I ensured the box would have no space, so I cut some pink and blue papers to add design to the bottom part of the box before wrapping it. Thanks to Pineapple! because I got the idea from them.
